Kou is a character with intelligence and emotion, more so than others, and he is far more realistic than the other male characters in anime and manga. Kou isn’t just a high school student, a typical ‘bottle it up’ boy, and a jerk… Okay, maybe he is. But none compare to male main character of Ao Haru Ride, Kou Mabuchi. I find that I want them to be a best friend or a sibling. Now, attractive doesn’t mean that you find them attractive in a romantic way. Whether that is because they are physically attractive, they have a great personality, they have a great role, or just that you like the weapon they wield… we just so happen to find them. Every fan of anime and manga has those moments when they find a character they find attractive.
